About the Opportunity
We are looking for a litigation professional with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience across civil, criminal, and arbitration matters.
The role involves assisting in proceedings management, drafting across forums, and supporting representation before courts and tribunals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in appearances before district courts, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
- Visit police stations and liaise with law enforcement authorities as required
- Support end-to-end litigation across civil, criminal, and arbitration matters
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, affidavits, notices, and arbitration documents
- Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy and opinions
- Coordinate with clients, counsel, and regulatory authorities
- Manage hearings, filings, and procedural compliance
- Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognised university; enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- 1–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience
- Exposure to civil, criminal, and/or arbitration matters
- Strong drafting, research, and developing advocacy skills
- Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written)
- Ability to take ownership with guidance and work proactively
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
